Villas of Hatteras Landing by KEES Vacations

View, location, comfy bed, dehumidifier took care of any dampness that we usually experience in Hatteras. Nicely furnished. Very nice tv. Larger condo than the others in the building. Use of the gas grill. Close to shops.

There was a lot of sand in the condo from in the living room to in the bathroom. Had to wear socks to walk around. If we pay for a cleaning fee up front, why do the cleaning people leave an envelope for tips? They should be getting the entire amount we paid.

Contactless check-in as we arrived on the ferry after 10pm local. Room was clean and all linen and towels were staged. I am sure this is nothing new for their staff but including total number in the party at time of booking probably helped.

Clean. Easy access.

Long drive to get there. No easy beach access.

Liked location, decor, kitchen supplies, flooring. Didn’t like dirty dishes in cabinets, musty smell of furniture and bedding, a/c units need cleaning, moldy and soap scummed shower curtain liner, stained and musty bed pillows, no security door lock, door not sealed well at bottom. Thanks to Robert for helping me get in our room on Sunday, September 7.

Robert at the front desk was very good..very personable and friendly. Great guy
