Everything you need in a perfect location! We fished a majority of the stay at the point!

No steps! Kitchen was perfect and stocked!

Our Villa was top notch! It was very clean and well stocked with necessary items. We will definitely be back!

Well for starters the room wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest. The property manager on site was incompetent, asked him to change rooms or something (clearly Vacancy as the sign suggested) said he couldn’t do any thing, gave us the wrong “emergency” number to call as did Kee Vacations, took him 2 hours to make the bed and said he wouldn’t do as good of a job as the house keeping, Towels were still on the house keeping bags, the soap in the shower was not filled and he wouldn’t fill it. The dehumidifier was full of water and moldy, the AC’s also needed to be cleaned and smelled musty.

Wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back.

We booked a 2 night stay from August 16-18th, 2025, paying for the stay in advance as was required with the reservation. On August 17th, Dare County enforced a mandatory evacuation for Hatteras Island due to Hurricane Erin. We knew 2 or so days before our check-in day it would be too dangerous to drive to Hatteras Island with the Hurricane's forecasted track to cause damage along the Ouer Banks, so I contacted Booking.com to explore my options to choose another date or receive a refund. They contacted the "property" directly with a request to change my dates, but the property denied the request. I decided to contact the property directly, where I spoke to an extremely rude individual that initially advised me to speak to Booking.com and have them send a request for a date change and the request would be handled by their "inventory department". When I told him I had already attempted this with Booking, he then decided to argue with me and insist that I should've put my family on harm's way and checked in on the 16th since the evacuation order did not go into effect until the next day. He continued to argue and banter with me back and forth until he finally admitted that neither he or the "inventory department" was not going to work with Booking.com or me to change the dates of my reservation. Avoid this greedy property at all costs! They will take your money even in the midst of a hurricane/evacuation order without even allowing you to change the date of the reservation (which I thought was a very reasonable request given I didn't ask for a refund). You've been warned.

Rugs were dirty, towels were rough and too small, no shampoo/conditioner or soap in the dispensers, TV screen would freeze up and at times there was no sound.

Clean and great location

Everything was clean and the easy access to beach, ferry and boardwalk was great

The brush grew up over the path just in front by the parking lot a bit too much. Made early morning walk a bit scary through that small section of path
