The room was rather dark and a little dated

The location was lovely and the terrace had a lovely view.

We really struggled with communication with this property. Check in, check out, and everything in between was met with very long wait times for responses and unhelpful half responses. We requested a crib and they forgot, ended up bringing us a crib without a mattress. Staff expected her to sleep unsupported on a hard plastic beam. My husband had to fashion together a patio cushion with a duvet to make something work and we had to cover an unsupported area with a couch cushion - the exact opposite of safe sleep. They had agreed to have a crib available months in advance when we booked but tried to blame their forgetfulness on us until we sent screenshots. Otherwise the shower is exceptionally small, as is the elevator, and casa morricone smelt a bit like sewage. Air con is slow to cool but eventually worked.

Excellent location, a few metres from lots of bars and restaurants.

The traffic could be quite loud at night with the balcony doors open but fine when shut with ac on.

Great communication and very helpful

The location was excellent. It was easy to access the property. Accommodation was sufficient for a short stay.

The photos on Booking.com were from different apartments within the block. I was provided with a one bedroom apartment and was informed there was a terrace. The Terrace was very small, in fact you could only stand with no room to sit down. It is unclear from the photos what apartment you were in. One of the photos showed a large terrace with table and chairs. The owner should make clear what photos are for each property so a proper choice can be made.

The description and reviews of the apartment were spot on and accurate. The apartment was spacious, cleanliness and superb. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the short break and I would definitely come back and stay in the same apartment. Our host was brilliant and was available at short notice as we landed on a late flight not arriving at the apartment till 21.30. He was accommodating and very helpful. The apartment easily gave space to 6 adults. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. Everyone was happy and pleased to be there. The venue is located to and overlooks the grand opera house with easy walking to the old and bustling city, which is beautiful, dynamic and full of life.

To be fare the only negative was the stairs to the 3rd floor as I kept forgetting to turn the light on!! A lift is available but if you are fit take the stairs and of you are not fit.... take the stairs. Apart from that ... loved it
