Primo Old Town Location with Heated Pool

Stayed at the property on a fairly mild weekend which was a blessing as the a/c did not work. Management gave canned answers "thanks, I'll check with maintenance " for 3 days. Everytime it was a similar answer. We were pretty uncomfortable but we lived. No one came by and ac was not fixed. Check in was a nightmare. They would not accept my selfie for some reason. The cleaning fee was more than disclosed. The ppl next door had 3 large dogs that barked for hours until about 1am. They also aggressivey were scratching at the door. I send a video of the noise to management around midnight and we just told "sorry to hear that". Zero stars. Would not reccommend. Would love to get some sort of refund but not holding my breath.

Place was very nice for 2 people - spacious. Loved room in kitchen and bathroom. Vince was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again

I like staying here. Rooms are really clean, having a kitchen is a bonus and so is the walk in shower. Easy to get in and out of while on the motorcycles. Close to Old Town. Definitely will stay here again.

The only thing I suggest is to be more transparent about deposits and fees .. everything else was perfect ..clean, easy, to assess, good price, I would recommend this property to everyone .

The property and the apartment itself was exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, there were no keys to the pool and I tried diligently to get into the pool, which is the whole reason why I chose this property. I drove over from California cloudy and cold coast to hang by the pool. I even suggested that they ask another one of their guests to let me use their pool key, but to no avail so I didn’t get to use the pool at all. There wasn’t anyone inside the pool area to open the door for me? It was extremely frustrating. I ended up renting a ResortPass for the day but not what I was expecting.

Definitely worth staying in

Be careful when booking this property. The description was 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed for 3 people. There was no sofa bed. Good unit for 2 people not 3. Bathroom door wouldnt latch so it was difficult to use in privacy. When reaching out to owner he stated he would get back to me regarding the issue but never did.

Good spot for a scottsdale visit, walkable to old town with some adjustments for traffic.
