Primo Old Town Location with Heated Pool

Absolutely loved this place! Super cute and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, quick walk to Ground on 2nd Coffee shop and just minutes from downtown old towne Scottsdale. Host communicated well and I honestly have no complaints! When I travel to Scottsdale again I will be back to this place!

Nice place to stay. Pool was not heated but it’s ok it’s Arizona lol. Easy to get a hold of the host, very good communication. We will be back to stay again

Property is in an excellent location. Room was small but we were comfortable . The property manager was very communicative. This was our third time staying there and we will definitely return.

Small, but comfortable. Clean. The door was hard to lock. Only enough coffee for one serving. I was concerned that the pool and garbage keys weren’t there, not that we needed them, but the info said we would be charged for lost keys. Excellent communication!!! Much appreciated!

The “Studio” is very tiny. It feels/is more of master bedroom. I’ll start off by stating that the location is solid. Very accessible to all of the shops and restaurants. Felt safe and for the most part, was quiet. Now for the bad.. Upon arrival, the building had a funky smell. (Paint/glue) The stairs were quite dirty. Candy wrappers and hair. The “Studio” is bare bones. Bare bones is fine but there were lots of details that could be easily fixed if the unit received proper maintenance. Broken blinds, no soap, shampoo, shower gel, clock not working, doors falling off the hinges, battery cover for the AC unit missing and the hangers inside the closet were flimsy. The key to the pool is missing. Unable to access it. The roof top has seen better days. Cigarette butts in the fire pit, broken chair tucked in a corner; not very inviting up there. The housekeeper came by to drop off body wash after mentioning there wasn’t any. Since there were no bottles in the shower/bathroom, she figured she’d leave the entire bottle for us to use. Did not use it as the solution looked iffy. The place has lots of potential if all of the issues listed are addressed. Until then, I would recommend spending an additional 20-40 bucks a night elsewhere and having a more comfortable stay.

Great location and stay overall. I’m not used to the checking in protocol and TV setup, but once I figured it out, it was fine.

Lovely Modern Clean! Great Location & Mid-century Vibes 😄

When I arrived at the property I got through the door and was immediately hit with a strong odor of urine. It made me sick to my stomach it was so bad. I had been looking forward to staying so close to Old Town. I contacted property owner/manager who told me they had never had any complaints before and it was probably just sewer gas. It was not. I told him it might be his toilet ring, but it wasn’t sewer gas. I asked him to refund my money, as I had just had a surgical procedure that day, and could not stay at the property in those conditions. I wasn’t even allowed to fly out of Phoenix for 4 days post surgery to avoid infection. The gentleman said he would get back to me and never did that evening. I repeatedly asked him to refund my money. I had to book another property, at an inflated price since it was last minute, and 6 miles out from the area I had planned on staying. This was done at my own expense. The following day he texted saying he was sorry for not getting back to me, and asked if I would be at the property around 230 in the afternoon when his cleaning person would check out the apartment. I again asked for my money back, and told him that I had not stayed there. I told him that I would be reporting this to the Expedia, and Kayak, and my credit card company as well as the better business bureau if he did not refund my money. I’ve never heard back from him. Bookers Beware!! Don’t make the same mistake I made! Stay literally anywhere else!!!!

Property was in good condition and near a lot of great local amenities. We were not able to use the pool because there was no key provided. I asked about it but never heard back. Also, painters were working the first two days we stayed there and we didn't know that would be the case. That's probably a rare occurrence, though
