Primo Old Town Location with Heated Pool

Spatula handle broke Pool key doesn’t work Dumpster key doesn’t work Flame igniter doesn’t work for the fire pit AC leaking Walls are super thin (no privacy) Toilet paper holder is broken (cut myself on the screw sticking out) Duvet zipper is broken Super dirty shower and floors Don’t be tempted by the price. Booked a delux studio, which is more like a micro studio. Super micro. My issue is, why list all these amenities if they aren’t available. We couldn’t use the pool and didn’t have access to the dumpster (we booked the stay for 8 days so obviously trash is going to build up). I cut myself on a screw sticking out of where the toilet paper holder should be, there are outlets that don’t work, the flame igniter for the fire pit is long dead, patio furniture on the roof is so disgusting and dusty/dirty, the handle of a spatula broke after using it for 5 minutes… and nothing was resolved. Their “handyman” must be on vacation or something. Now the AC. This is Arizona. I was expecting the AC to work. The coolest you can put it is 20C which is 68F… that isn’t even that cold, so that was a shocker. It drips water everywhere, and that’s an understatement… just wow. There is no free bottled water or laundry detergent as listed, we had to buy our own. We left behind some laundry detergent for the next unfortunate soul that decides to stay here, as well as 4 mega rolls of angel soft toilet paper, as they only provide 3 cheap rolls of Scott brand we also donated some Dawn dish soap.

Lousy check in experience, loud every single night until past 1am, no AC, awful experience, never staying again, nor would recommend.

It was a Beautiful place to stay and I would definitely stay again! Nice and cozy, perfect for couples.

This place was perfect for a week long solo trip. Very comfortable and came with a nice tv for entertainment and a great little kitchen to cook meals and keep drinks. First come first serve parking was a little packed, but you could always find a spot somewhere on the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Pictures in reservation showed multiple rooms. Reservation only included one bedroom. The bathroom was locked upon arrival and I had to use the neighbor’s bathroom.

I liked the location and access. It was fairly private and quiet and felt pretty safe. I was a little disappointed in the mattress, but otherwise it was a good place to sleep.

I was charged a cleaning fee outside of the reservation. The place was unsafe. So I checked out a day earlier. I need someone to contact me:

Loved the quiet but central location. The grounds are well taken care of. The unit itself was pretty clean but could use a new mattress, bedside lamp and a lick of paint… small kitchen was very functional though with all the provisions needed to make some eggs for breakfast… communication with property manager couldn’t have been any better! So responsive! Would definitely stay at this property again, but perhaps try a different room next time. Thanks so much!!
