InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Sandy Springs

Everyone is nice and respectful of each others space. Staff and management are very helpful and extremely responsive to maintenance needs.

They should transparently say they no longer serve breakfast while their new construction is going on with no deadline for completion

Anything, everything that I experienced in this place was awful.

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The room was filthy, and the entire hotel lacked even the most basic standards of cleanliness. To make things worse, there were bedbugs in the room! I woke up covered in bites and completely disgusted. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I brought up the issues, they showed no concern and made no effort to resolve anything. The attitude was dismissive, and the customer service was nonexistent. For the price I paid, I expected at least decent accommodations, but this was unacceptable. This place is overpriced for the terrible experience it offers. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, not even for a single night. Stay far away!

Staff was phenomenal just Awesome made my stay absolutely wonderful I will dtay here again and recommend prople here,as well

Nothing at all

The place is very low class. The Internet has a maximum speed of 7MB! The entire hotel is on one ISD line so when multiple people are using, the speed is even less than 7 MB. That’s the maximum!!! How can anyone stay in this cheap hotel?

Way too many Roaches and rats

When you check in you don't get any dishes ,not even to check out to return.Two towels 2 washclothes for however long the stay.The staff is only there from 11 am to 7 pm.Then all night people in and out of the exit door next to my room.Smells like weed in the halls.Didnt feel safe in the elevator or hallways or parking lot.Tried to brave it out but the Erie feeling was to much.Also the bed is as hard as a rock
