Terrible. No room service for 10 days. In the end made us throw out the garbage. Check in is at 4 not 11. Only front desk open between 11-7. If u lose your key after that. Good luck.

Property manager is very rude and made racist comments against my family and I for requesting help with a broken tub and toilet that was leaking water all over the floor and leaking from the wall in the bathroom, she put my family on a do not stay list for all intown suites because she did not want to accommodate us with an issue that was wrong before we got here. we have only been here a little over a week and this is how we are being treated. Thank GOD we are leaving tomorrow, the property manager refused to extend our stay and move us to a more appropriate room. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! poor management and the place is not up to standard.

It was a memorable weekend, very nice personnel, very attentive and ready to help, awesome happy hours, very kind and gentleman bar tenders, and the food was exceptional, the best part is the breakfast, all you can eat, fresh products, the Omelets " a la carte", the patience and dedication of all personal, kitchen tables, reception, front desk, maintenance, gym, janitorial, cleanings, etc., all the employees are just focus in help and make your time there unique. I need to mention names like Jose and Michelle from the cook area, and M.J and Tasia from front desk, BUT I apologize for not register the other personnel names, But they were equally good!!! The outside is so beautiful, you can walk and find anything, it is a very pretty neighbor and a very chick zone to explore. Be ready to spend some days in the area, besides is very close to Metro Atlanta, maybe 30 min with a lot f traffic, 15 without traffic. The only fact I can mention we were not happy, it was about smoking. The guests smoke very close to the hotel main entrance, allowing the wind brings that smoke inside, really creating a issue in people sensible to cigarette ( or something else) smoke. I had headaches, and my wife as well. Again this comment is for the hotel to demand smokers be on the other side of the road, where there is a beautiful park to walk and smoke, and maybe the ordinance is established already, but needs to be activated, enforced and restricted. Thank you very much for all that.

Very nice inexpensive place to stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. Furthermore, the hotel was convenient to where I was working. There were an abundance of places to eat in the area and a supermarket was right up the street.

Our stay was very good. We’re actually still staying here and will be staying here for a while. The room was very clean. I work from home so the desk for my laptop and computer is perfect. I would definitely recommend
