The staff were great. The room was clean.
We had a wonderful stay here! Took a couple of days to check out the Big South Fork and surrounding areas. Conveniently located near Cumberland falls, and the eastern entrance of the BSF. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms are newly remodeled and clean. Room came with a larger size mini fridge and a microwave. I would highly recommend staying here!
USThe Room had been cleaned with bleach, so the scent helped fool my senses into thinking it was clean. The bed was not terrible. Recent renovations included new tile floors. AC worked.
Dirty office was breakfast location/ a small shelf that held dry cereal and styrofoam bowls, a few pieces of fruit and a coffee pot. Door lock on room was not very secure. Shower plumbing not updated and leaked non stop.
