Nice property though a bit dated. No heating but space heater provided on request. Either get scalded or freeze in shower. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant, responsive to needs. A lovely neighborhood (La Condesa) providing needed respite from a bustling CDMX.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast was a bonus. The bed and pillows were of good quality. The room was chic and colonial. I would suggest letting guests know where the buzzer is and that you need to ring it when you get there. We did not know, the neighbours across the street took pity and let us know what to do. Otherwise we loved our stay. So many great places to eat, lots of green spaces and very safe to wander around. Once you figure out the metro, travel around the city is very straight forward. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel was in a prime location with walkable access to restaurants, market places, art and parks. Super safe property, with speaker and camera admittance. Our room was kept clean and supplied with fresh towels, and the breakfast was prepared fresh for us each day. The front desk was helpful in finding last minute tour guides, though all transactions were necessary in Spanish.Communication was only a little problem for us, because we had some Spanish and Google translate is an added tool. Overall, great place to stay in a big city!

Staying at PARRAL is an experience in itself! A super cute and quirky spot, feels like a home because of its set up and service. The room was spacious and pretty. The cleanliness could be a bit better, but I suppose for the price it was pretty apt. The hosts were beyond incredible and kind — got me a portable heater when it got too cold & was overall very approachable and helpful. My room was next to the street so it got a bit loud but as a city girl, i loved it, and it helped me feel safer. The water was really cold (but I didn’t bring this up to the hotel tho I’m sure they would do their best to address it). Overall, as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and cared for. Note that you have to buzz in to the hotel everytime you’re trying to enter — a quirk that’s mostly cute but at times can be a bit inconvenient. Will be back!

This is fantastic place to stay in Mexico City in Condesa! Very clean, safe, walkable to dining options and close to shopping. Friendly staff as well! Lots of dog walkers in the neighborhood as well if you like seeing dogs. Highly recommend!!!

Small but charming. Staff are wonderful as well as lovely breakfast cooked to order.

We only had a short time in Mexico City, but Parral 14 Boutique Hotel had everything we needed.

The staff was super helpful and attentive. The room I was in was small but super clean and it had everything I needed. I would come back.
