Great property in a super location

For the price of this boutique hotel I had some basic expectations. Apart from the quiet street, none were met. Before arriving I confirmed there were fans in the rooms. Mine didn't have one and I was promised one in the afternoon. It never arrived, despite over 90F/33C. Owner refused to compensate for the misrepresentation. The shower and sink struggled to drain. The shower head spewed water everywhere. No mosquito net on windows. No free water in the room.

Lovely stay at a simple and quiet hotel in a great area. The women who with there are so sweet and helpful. My only complaint is that the room was very hot, it would do much better with a fan. I was also on the ground floor so couldn’t open the windows to sleep as people passing by would be able to see in. Other than that, a lovely stay.

This property has the most beautiful stained glass windows and is quiet and clean. The staff are also super sweet!

The hotel staff was excellent. The room was very clean. Several of the amenities listed were not available. No continental breakfast, no champagne, the wifi do not work a full day. No basic amenities such as ice or cups.

Cute little hotel in a great location in Condesa, close to coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were spacious. Would stay here again if we ever came back to Condesa :)

Very secure and friendly service in a wonderful neighborhood. Walking distance to the park and many wonderful restaurants and bars. Be sure not to miss the bakery around the corner. It's absolutely fantastic

The room was ok, but was very strongly smelling of chemicals so I had a headache the whole time i stayed there. The hitel set up a taxi transfer for me at the hotel and triple charged the normal rate, so they participated in scamming me. Thry also did not refund myvroom deposit ao the room ended up being way more than was advertised since they stole my monry without returning the deposit.

Very noisy place. Without AC we had to sleep with open windows dealing with neighbour noise, cats meowing all night and mosquitoes. I could also hear voices from other rooms. I had issues with hot water in my room too.
