AUGreat facilities comfortable beds good location.
We were concerned about the check in process after reading in reviews that people had issues with this. We also had issues with accessing our lock box. No code was sent prior or at arrival and we were changed to another unit. It all worked in the end after numerous attempts to contact someone. They really need to improve this.

Lack of upkeep & investment in the property - carpets & furniture covers in living room were old & stained, AC in living room was old & made a loud noise while running; very dim lighting with a mix of fluorescent & yellow light bulbs; refrigerator was missing vegetable drawer, had to use a clothespin to keep the blackout shades open. No wifi & cell coverage was not good so hard to connect to the internet via cell phone.

AUAUThe property was nice, well appointed, good location.
I received the access code for the Villa 5 lock box but when I arrived it was double booked and people were already staying in it. The host was not responding to the mobile number provided on Booking but fortunately the existing guests had a different mobile number that she used but only with WhatsApp. I called her and was allocated a similar Villa next door. The alternative property, Villa 4, was nice but for the bedside lamps which didn’t work in 2 bedrooms, the smoke alarm hanging open and inoperative and a loose sheet of metal on the roof which blew noisily in the wind and kept our upstairs guest awake. Probably recent cyclone damage. Easy fixes but the property owner has to take care of these issues. Some, like the lamps and booking problems, appear in earlier reviews.
AUNothing. Absolutely nothing! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION
We paid for this accomodation in full and got our reservation confirmed, arrived to the property to the lock box open with no key. Could see there was clothes and half eaten food inside through the window on the table. It looked visibly lived in and dirty. Called and messaged every number available to find out what was going on and absolutely no call was accepted and no messages responded to. I had my whole family with me including two young children and we had no where to stay for the night. Absolutely sickening service. We had to go to every single hotel and caravan park in Exmouth and by the time we found accomodation for the night it was 6pm. Had to pay a lot more money. Followed up the next day with the host and finally got a message back but it was not helpful at all, wouldn’t get back to me about a refund or anything. The host can speak barely and English aswell (from what I could tell through her two simple replies to me) I feel like this was scammed. I had to go through booking customer service to dispute for a refund and so far, that was a bit of a mission aswell. The money still hasn’t cleared AVOID AVOID AVOID this host and any of her accomodation at ALL COSTS!
