I had an excellent experience at the Hotel Canadaigua. The staff and their level of service was on point, professional but not intrusive. I also particularly enjoyed the Chef Menu at the Restaurant. Top notch. I will return on my next visit to the area and would recommend the Hotel and Restaurant to travelers and locals alike. 5 out of 5 Stars.

We wanted to visit this property for a while now, and are so glad we did! We were greeted by Jeff, and couldn't have received a greater welcome. He had lots of tips, since we were new to the area. Our room was fantastic, with a patio so we could enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. We had brunch in the restaurant, which was so delicious! Our server and the manager were so pleasant and helpful. Every employee made sure our stay was amazing, including the young lady who checked us out; stating she hoped to see us soon. Can't recommend this beautiful property enough! 10 out of 10.

Great hotel! The staff and service at this hotel is top notch. This is my hotel of choice when traveling to the area. New Chef's Menu that has several great selections! Will be back! Thank you for a great experience.

My wife and I had an amazing stay here. It’s such a beautiful property by the lake. Make sure to try the lobster Mac & cheese at the Cove. It’s the best I ever had!

We’re a family that travels quite a bit and have stayed in some really beautiful places, but Hotel Canandaigua honestly stood out in the best way. From the second we got there, the views of Canandaigua Lake were just unreal. The hotel itself is gorgeous—super modern and clean, but still feels warm and welcoming, not stuffy at all. Sitting by the water and watching the sunsets ended up being one of our favorite parts of the whole trip. There’s also so much to do around the area, which we loved. The Finger Lakes region has a little bit of everything—cute downtown spots, wineries, and beautiful scenery. We could go out and explore during the day, then come back and just relax by the lake. It was the perfect balance, especially traveling as a family. My toddler (4 years old) had a great time running around the lake! The food was another highlight. They recently introduced a new menu, and everything we tried was so good—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with a lot of thought. You can tell they’re using local ingredients, which made it feel even more special. One of the coolest parts of our stay was actually meeting the chef. He was so down to earth and took the time to talk with us about his background and where he’s worked before. Hearing about his experience (which is seriously impressive) made us appreciate the meal even more. It’s not something you get everywhere, and it really stuck with us. Overall, this place just has such a good vibe. Between the beautiful setting, all the things to do nearby, and the amazing food, it ended up being such a great trip. We’d definitely come back.

Amazing stay! My family and I spent the weekend here and were very satisfied. The service throughout was fantastic and our room was extremely clean and comfortable. Our favorite part was the food. We were able to try most of the items offered on the menu and everything was delicious. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing Hotel! The best unknown gem in the finger lakes! This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff couldn't be better. New chef and new menus are above and beyond what you'd expect in this region and at a great price!

Everything beautiful location not far from downtown nice restaurants friendly people clean room will come and stay again.! A very fun Easter weekend trip me and my husband took.!
