Clean and big rooms. Location is really good, close to the center.

Slow check in. Not strong wifi sign in the rooms, almost nothing.

"A good option to stay at Ella."

Rooms are big and clean. Property is near the busy section of Ella where most of the pubs and restaurants are located.

There is no lift and hence getting to 2nd floor for elderly citizens can be a big challenge. Property maintenance is also not top notch.

"Pleasant hotel in a good location, short walk to all the shops, restaurants etc."

Good location, large clean room with balcony in good condition. Drink facilities in the room were good and the room including the air conditioning was fairly new and up to date.

There was no WiFi signal in our room, however the receptionist kindly found a solution which meant we did not have to change room.
