Location is great! Beds are comfortable. You are paying for location.

The noise from the local area is one thing and to be expected. The noise from people slamming doors because the bathroom doors need adjusting is another. I was woken up so many times because of this, and it's such an easy fix. Sound proofing between rooms is non-existent. We were also asked if we wanted breakfast, said yes, but we need it earlier than 8 as we have a train booked. He said thats ok, no problem. We go down the next day, and he hasn't added breakfast, and it wouldn’t have been ready for another 20 to 30 minutes. And at 2000/person, there are better options in Ella. Pool is tiny and in a weird place.

Incredibly friendly staff and great check-in experience. Couldn’t have been better. Good sized rooms and really decent shower - way better value than a far more expensive Ella hotel that we’d stayed in the night before. Manager was great.

Didn’t use the pool - it looked a bit ‘murky’ and there was nowhere to sit around it anyway.

Close to the Main Street in Ella but not noisy. Value for money, clean and comfortable.
