"Exceptional"

The house was really clean. Had strong wifi, aircon and complete amenities. Perfect for family to stay. It wad also a 5min walk to the main train station. Close to 7/11 Grocery and even restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Easy to transact with the staff. Did not meet the staff, but our check in and check out was really easy.

Fabulous!

If the host can provide big garbage can outside the house must be good. Because the garbage put inside the house the smell is not very well.

"Perfect stay for family or groups!"

Love that the house provides many amenities incl. kitchenware, and washing machine. The bed were comfortable and clean. Thankfully the host/staff was kind enough to help send our luggages to the house after checking in since it was raining. The location is strategic as it’s only 7 min walk to the Kyoto Station!

A bit of a hassle to check-in at the reception centre which is located around 8 min walk from the house but we’re informed ahead of time on this. I did see some dusts in certain corners, cleanliness can be better improved. Note that there are stairs, so if you have elders or anyone with accessibility issue, this house might not be suitable for you.

"Ok place, stayed two nights but should have only stayed the one night."

The beds were comfortable & the upstairs heater was good. When we arrived it was very cold & it took a while to heat upstairs & downstairs. Close to station on final day.

We didn’t like that we had to walk to a different place to check in then walk further to the accommodation. This was not know at time of booking.

"Comfortable family stay in a great location."

It’s was close to the station but on a quiet street. Beds were upstairs and kitchen/bathroom and small dining space downstairs. Worked well for our family of 4.

The exit light in the bedroom was so bright when you turned off the main lights. It was really annoying! Check-in is not at the property but at their offices 7-8mins walk away. So if you have luggage best to plan accordingly. Would have been great if they had a toaster or mini oven to toast bread for breakfast. There is wear & tear but make sure you flag it when you enter the property as you sign a liability form for any damage.

"Excellent stay"

Good location, 10 mins to kyoto station. Quiet, clean, spacious. Nice staff.

The green exit sign light in the bedroom: it's affecting my sleep. But if you can sleep well with lights on then this won't be an issue for you.
