"Wonderful views of lake and mountains but...."

Terrific location above the town and lake with wonderful views of the mountains and night sky.

Bathroom had no mirror or rubbish bin. No closet or luggage rack or place to hang clothes. We resorted to putting our suitcases on the floor between the table and kitchenette.

Lovely area. Shower was good.

TV didn't go. No instructions. Rang owner but he was away. Bed uncomfortable. Heard rain drops all night hitting metal plate by doorstep. Over priced for what it was. Tekapo only had 2 restuarants open & booked out. Not a good destination to stay. Only good for day trip.
