Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy Osage Apartments LoHi

I throughly enjoyed my stay at this property. A lot of appliances made it easy to save on food costs, as I could cook myself instead of dining out every day. A very clean property, within walking distance to Denver Union Station.

Never got in the door. Handicapped ramp too steep. No one there to check me in. Had to get another hotel and file a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

I loved the safety of the building. I loved the amenities in our apartment. I would definitely stay here again.

Communication with staff was difficult. We arrived 30 minutes early and trying to get inside was hard.

I didn't even stay in the room because it was so disgusting. I called sonder to try to get my money back and they have been no help. This was the most disgusting room it smelled it was sticky on the floor and there was no way I was going to stay there. I tried to call hotels.com twice got put on hold and then disconnected. I am totally upset with the way this entire situation has gone down. I need a refund. I did not stay in the room.

It was very affordable for our family of six and conveniently located near the activities we were in town for, as well as some excellent restaurants. The unit was clean and well-equipped, making it a comfortable home base for our trip. When we arrived, one of the kitchen chair backs was broken, but the staff chat was incredibly responsive and had the issue resolved within 12 hours—great customer service! The only minor issue was a bedroom light/fan combo that would randomly turn on during the day and night. We couldn't find a sensor or setting to stop it, so we kept the remote handy to turn it off when needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will absolutely book with Sonder House rentals again!

Our room had dirty floors and mold in the window seal. The walls are paper thin and had a lingering smell. The bed was very comfortable and location was good
