Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy Osage Apartments LoHi

Fine stay. But I got an email saying I'd be emailed access codes....and never got one. So I was standing outside the locked building on the phone with customer service at night. Definitely impacted feeling of security. Someone knocked on my door before checkout time, even though I entered my checkout time as requested. And there's no peephole.

The room was spacious and clean, and the area provided plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The only drawback is parking. There are only so many dedicated spots for this accommodation. Plus, the street nearby is free but also fairly busy, given the live, happening restaurants nearby. It could present a challenge if you're not lucky.

Noise from other rooms kept me up all night. Nice parking.

This is not a 4 star establishment. It was convient and easy walk to Coors Field

The place exceeded my expectations. It was spacious and super clean. Had everything we needed. The only thing I'd recommend would be a second nightstand next to the other side of the bed :) but that's all. The location was fantastic, easy to walk to downtown. The chat feature was great and responsive. 10/10

The room smelled like smoke. On the pictures you don’t see that all queen bed rooms are tiny and are ground level. The room seems larger and more modern in the pictures but you see the wear and tear.

You have to pay extra to have your room visited by a custodial crew, the hallways were constantly filled with trash, the parking lot is right next to a homeless encampment, two towels and one roll of toilet paper meant for two people staying the entire week, a constant hammering noise that lasted the whole stay. If people actually work on the premises, I did not see them. And they charged me for two days I was not there. Anywhere is better.

Great location, you can walk to a number of great bars and restaurants. The check in process on the app is super efficient, however you do have to download the app which might be a problem for some. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were very helpful when we were having issues getting in (all our fault as I didn’t download the app).

A lot of outside noise at night and early morning from cars and people. The windows are single glazed which doesn’t block out much noise. The hotel provided ear plugs.
