The Empyrean Nha Trang

The location.

Where do i start.. 🤔 At no point when booking this 5 star (questionable) hotel on booking. Com does it state that this hotel is in a property shared by another company the panorama property services.... And that in are hotel there are actually private apartments that are not owned by the hotel.. The people in the next room had rented the room privately from a independent owner.. Intresting as we thought we were going to a 5 star hotel.. Not a, apartment block. With a few hotel rooms.. How do i know this you ask.. Because after speaking with the housekeeping they informed me that there are different cleaning company's cleaning the rooms depending on who you are staying with... We did not feel safe knowing there were many people who were staying in rooms close by that had know connection with the hotel.. So noise from these rooms could not be dealt with by the hotel as guests were not there guests.... 😯 The room was tired damaged wall paper. Dirty walls. Very strange the balcony door dies not have a handle on the outside so if you shut the door you cannot open it from the balcony side. The front of the property is mayhem. Nothing is organised no security no people directing traffic. Just crazy.... And this is because the property has many other properties inside hence the amount of people swarming in.. To be honest at know point did we feel safe or secure in this hotel as so many people who were not staying in the hotel could wander freely throughout the floors... The lifts are inadequate high season you can potentially wait 30 minutes for a lift.. Unfortunately there is no solution as this is a design fault by the architects when building this building. There are two swimming pools.... But let me add the swimming pool on the 40th floor is not owned buy the hotel. And you are only aloud access to the rooftop pool once a day. We did use it once. But felt the standard was very low. There was lack of maintenance. Ie broken tiles and concrete.

The town is primarily Russians, which makes it not feel like Vietnam.

Chambre non faite en fin d’après midi 3 fois la première semaine,ménage dans la chambre très succinct et sol pas propre même eau pour un grand nombre de chambres,souvent manque d’accessoires de toilette coton tige papier toilette lit très mal fait ,très forte odeur d’humidité obligé d’acheter une bombe de désodorisant ,presque blessé gravement avec une planche très lourde sous le meuble de lavabo qui est tombé à côté de mon pied

this is the first time I'd traveled to Nha Trang. My friend recommended some hotel on the beach , I've chosen The Empyrean Nha Trang and I thought this is the right decision for my whole trip. The Reception's Staff welcomed us with a warmly smile. She helped us check in just a few minutes. The room with a nice views , from balcony i could look all the Nha Trang Bay. Absolutely I will chose the Empyrean Nha Trang for my next trip. Thank you for a wonderful memories.

If you’re looking for a modern spot right in the heart of the city, The Empyrean is a solid choice. It feels very fresh and polished, though it’s definitely a busy building. The Best Parts: • The View: Honestly, the sea view from the room is stunning. Waking up to the entire Nha Trang bay right in front of you makes the stay feel much more high-end. • The Service: I was really impressed by the staff. The receptionists are incredibly professional—their grooming is impeccable and they handle the busy lobby with a lot of grace. Also, a big plus for the bellmen; they were quick to help with my luggage and brought it straight up to the room, which made the arrival so much smoother. The only real downside is the elevators. Because the building is so tall and popular, you have to be patient during peak times (like breakfast or check-out). Conclusion Great for the "aesthetic" and the central location. The service from the front desk and bell team really sets a high standard for the stay.

I really enjoy and happy with the services they provided. Staffs are so friendly, Bell boys are so much fun and clever.
