On our first night, around 9pm, I called reception to report that the curtain in our room had broken and asked for someone to repair it. The staff member on the phone didn’t seem to understand and brushed me off, saying someone would come to check. No one ever did. 1. Our room key card didn’t activate the lift to the skybar from the ground floor. When I went to reception to report it, instead of fixing the card, I was told to find the bellboy to swipe me up. At one point, I was even stuck in the lift because the door button didn’t work—only thanks to another employee calling the lift was I able to get out. 2. We tried to visit the skybar after 6pm for dinner and drinks but were told we had to pay an additional 200,000 VND per person just to enter. This is unacceptable for paying hotel guests who were already prepared to spend money on food and drinks. We chose to go elsewhere. 3. The room itself felt worn. The bathroom needed mold treatment, the chandelier was dusty, and the minibar was empty despite being asked for a 500,000 VND deposit. The hallway on level 26 also had cobwebs. 4. Both the sink and shower drained very slowly. 5. The pool was constantly overcrowded, making it impossible to relax. 6. The lifts were painfully slow, often taking several minutes to arrive. They stopped on multiple floors, became overcrowded, and were uncomfortably hot. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience for a hotel claiming to be 5-star.

Fint hotell, men veldig upersonlig og ikke så god service fra personale. Skittent rom og gym, og det luktet kloakk på toalettet. Upraktiske heiser som vi må vente lenge på for å komme rundt om på hotellet. Likte godt frokosten og bassenget!

Отель городского типа, очень много народу. Не ощущения безопасности

• Das Zimmer war wunderschön, sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Bett ist gemütlich. Für 5 Sterne Hotel ist es gar nicht üblich, dass Shampoo Spender lose auf dem Boden liegt. Es gab kein Conditioner. Hotel geht auf Sparmodus. • Die Aussicht (mit gebuchtem Blick in Richtung Stadt/Nähe) war besonders abends traumhaft schön. • Der Infinity-Pool im 40. Stock ist ein echtes Highlight – mit 360°-Panorama auf Berge, Stadtviertel und umliegende Dörfer. Auch ein überdachter Bereich als Sonnenschutz ist vorhanden. • Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, die Dekoration im Frühstücksraum stilvoll und geschmackvoll. Besonders die gepolsterten Stühle waren sehr bequem. • Die Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit, Check-in und Check-out liefen zügig und reibungslos.

Ich habe mir von einem Sternehotel mehr Professionalität, Ruhe und Organisation erwartet. Leider gab es mehrere Punkte, die meinen Aufenthalt gestört haben: • Beim Frühstück wurden Gäste im Pyjama ins Restaurant gelassen – für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie absolut unangebracht. • Das Personal sprach sehr laut untereinander, was besonders in den öffentlichen Bereichen unangenehm auffiel. • Das Reinigungspersonal war extrem laut: Schon in 4–5 Metern Entfernung hörte man Gelächter, Rufe, Späße und lautes Trampeln auf dem Flur. Ausschlafen war dadurch kaum möglich. • Die Aufzüge sind eine Zumutung: Man wartet oft bis zu 5 Minuten, und wenn endlich einer kommt, ist er so voll, dass man nicht mitfahren kann. • Der Infinity-Pool wird täglich bereits um 18:00 Uhr geschlossen – danach beginnt oben eine laute DJ-/Discoparty mit Musik, die bis in die Hotelzimmer zu hören ist. Wer abends zur Ruhe kommen oder früh schlafen möchte, hat hier große Schwierigkeiten.

The room was AMAZING! Beautiful balcony and located in the center of the city.

I booked a hotel with a fantastic location — right in the city center. You can walk to any nearby attractions without needing to rent a motorbike. The room view was absolutely stunning; I could enjoy the full ocean view from the balcony. However, the elevator service was quite slow and a bit inconvenient. To reach the 40th floor, you’ll need assistance from the staff on the ground floor — but they were very helpful and enthusiastic.

Terrible experience, the room stank and the elevator situation others described was extremely true. The lobby and areas were over crowded and hot. Dirty room and no help bringing luggage to room. We ended up cancelling our stay and going elsewhere as we could not deal with this room, the smell and the noise. The good reviews are not by paying westerns.
