The fact that there are not enough elevators for so many people. It took ages just to go up and down from your room.

The location is good

The property is not clean. The room had ant around

Location was good. Shopping malls and facilities are within walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is spacious.

During breakfast, refill of bowls and coffee are slow. Bowls were running out that I was not able to eat cereal or congee. Staff is not quick to clean up the plates and cups from table after use. Lifts took longer than usual to arrive the floor.

We didn't have a good experience at this hotel. The room was nothing to write about. Mirror light didn't work in the bathroom. Hallways were dark, paint came off from walls. When we asked for more toilet tissue, the maid told us we had to contact front desk for it! Breakfast buffet was not very good either. This place reminded me of lodgings at Spring break in the States.

Pool was amazing on the top

The gym looked better in the photos . So small with limited equipment . Absolute nightmare getting a lift , the property is combined with residences so always packed and took so long to get to room . Cleaning of the room was never done properly, hair was still there the entire stay and run out of hand soap. Mould in the shower amd around sinks .

De liften en er word slecht onderhouden overal. Zwembad gaat om 5 om dicht🤮 en je mag er maar één keer per dag in als je eruit wil en dan daarna weer in wil moet er voor betaald worden 🤢Losliggende tegels, roest, stank rioollucht in de badkamer, schimmel rolgordijn in de douche, koelkast in de kamer deed het niet, liften lang wachten, geen behoorlijke service bij aankomst aanpakken van koffer bij de lobby, daar is geen helling koffer de trap op tillen. Engels van het personeel is niet best voor zo’n duur hotel.

My family had an extremely disappointing experience at Empyrean Nha Trang. A family member was hospitalized, so we proactively contacted the hotel to request a reservation hold, without asking for a refund. The hotel’s response was a flat refusal, citing “internal policies,” showing rigidity, lack of empathy, and disrespect towards guests. What is even more frustrating is that when we shared our experience publicly to seek a solution, our account was blocked and posts appeared to be removed or hidden. Instead of transparent communication and listening to guests, the hotel chose to avoid responsibility and try to erase negative feedback, which is completely unprofessional. Our family did not demand special privileges or compensation – we only expected fair, respectful, and humane treatment. The conduct of Empyrean Nha Trang has completely destroyed our trust, and we will never return or recommend this hotel to anyone.
