Perfect location. Good breakfast with lots of options.

Overcrowded pools and common areas (shares building with apartments), slow lifts. You only get 1 visit per day to the rooftop pool (and is always very crowded). They tried to charge us for a laundry bag on checkout. I would call this place "tight".

Stayed at the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, the first time coming here so my husband and I had many new things get used to. When arriving at the hotel, the bellman who assisted with our luggage was very enthusiastic, talked to us and guided us from check-in to room. Speaking of check-in, the receptionists here are very cute, especially TRANG - an enthusiastic girl, always supporting us in every condition.One thing I don't like here is the elevator is very inconvenient and the room, about the room condition I don't dare to ask for much because with the average price you can't ask for a room that is too luxurious, but the problem here is the smell - the room has a smell that is not bad but very unpleasant and I don't know where it comes from. As for the breakfast, it is at 7.5/10. In short, you can choose here to stay for a short time.

Poor management. I stayed at this hotel every year but for the last two years, condition are getting worse and poor services.

The location of the hotel was perfect, and the view from the room balcony was absolutely beautiful. However, the room had a strong smell of cigarettes and something else unpleasant, which was disappointing. The curtains were very dirty, which really put me off and made the stay less enjoyable.

The hotel is in a good location with a great morning breakfast.

The hotel runs a night club on the 40th floor most nights that goes on until 12.30 AM. If you're on the 20th floor or higher, you basically have front row seats to that club. It's an open air night club and the hallways in this hotel are open air too, meaning you can hear the entire DJ set the whole way through. The hotel doesn't look like it's being maintained well. The wallpaper is peeling, the bathroom curtains have mould on them, half the hallways lights don't work. It's unfortunately beyond its prime.

The swimming pool is amazing, well worth the visit but you are only allowed to go to the top pool once a day. The lifts were a bit busy and difficult to get into. Breakfast buffet was disappointing for such a large hotel. One coffee machine meant a long wait for a drink. The fruit juice was very watered down and the choice of fresh fruit was terrible.

Very spacious & modern hotel with huge, stylish rooms with balconies. Excellent location right in the middle of Nha Trang, with shopping, restaurants & the beach at your finger tips

Sometimes the housekeeping staff were a bit slow.
