"Subpar"

Very disappointing. Staff was limited. Front desk doubled as a bartender. No hairdryer in room. No extras at all. Lots of construction going on right next door and woke me up at 7am. Men standing on the roof, couldn't keep the drapery open. Layout of room is off. Hotel is somewhat run down. Breakfast was OK but not replenished regularly. I expected to feel really comfortable but other than the beds which are really nice, and the water pressure which is almost too strong, the rest felt like a 2 star hotel.

"Okay for the price."

It was clean, good location for our stay.

The toilet in our room did not flush properly. The water pressure went in and out. My card was charged for an extra purchase I did not make. When I tried to call customer support it is all AI, and kept hanging up when trying to enter my reservation number.
