TownePlace Suites Midland South/I-20

We were pleasantly surprised at our stay. It was an overnight stop on our way to Big Bend. We also found a great restaurant close by! Librado’s.

Great hotel and staff

Very clean hotel! Staff was very friendly and they had hot meals

We checked in after midnight due to weather delays and had to wait for staff to open doors. The staff provided keys but no other info. Other than check in the facility was great! Checkout was much better than checkin!

Attendants were all very nice and helpful I didn't know housekeeping was only once a week when I booked. It's a new and comfortable place to stay, because of the front arrangement loading and unloading is difficult.

The room was not cleaned and not towels other rooms where very noisey

Clean, stores within walking distance. Ran out of coffee before breakfast ended 30 minutes prior and asked staff for some said they were out.

The hotel was just fine. Nothing special, but decently clean. The issue, which I now see in a few other reviews, is the unexpected parking charge. This is not a downtown hotel with valet parking and a parking garage. This is a standard hotel with a parking lot and they sneak a $7 parking fee onto your card a week after you check out. I called the hotel to try and figure out this charge and they told me they just started doing it, so i probably wasn't told about it. Indeed I was not. It's just $7, but the entire situation was ridiculous.

Amazing place! Totally recommend!! The staff was great!
