Hotel Bristol

Yet again the airport experience at Naples was extremely challenging. However there were several staff on hand to assist travellers needing to complete the entry paperwork and registrations. Thankfully when we arrived at the Bristol it was everything we remembered. Reception staff warmly welcomed us and check in was swift. We were escorted to our room on the 9th floor and very shortly afterwards our bags arrived. The room was spotless, roomy, bright with a good sized bathroom with all the facilities you expect from an Hotel of this standard. Room was cleaned daily and kept spotless. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, a glorious vista over Sorrento and out across the Bay of Naples with Mt Vesuvius as the back drop , pure heaven. The restaurants have stunning views whilst dining. We were on a half board basis and ate breakfast and dinner alternating between the 2 restaurants for dinner. The food is one of the reasons we came back here, it is of the very highest quality with a good choice on the menu each evening to satisfy all tastes. On top of the location, views, excellent quality food and overall facilities the icing on the cake yet again has proven to be the Staff at the Bristol. Every single member of staff we encountered could not do enough to make our stay the very best it could be. They were all polite professional knowledgeable and engaging from Reception to the bars and Luca and the restaurant teams. They all genuinely seem to want to make your stay just perfect, which they did. To everybody at The Bristol massive grazie mille. We wholeheartedly recommend the Bristol to anyone we meet. We will be back

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bristol, The hotel is beautiful,the room was lovely spacious and spotless with an amazing view. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, Luca and his team were exceptional. The location is excellent for getting to Marina Grande and the main town. We could not have asked for a better experience for our first time in Sorrento.

Just returned again from the hotel Bristol, what a fabulous hotel this is, with spectacular views across the Bay of Naples, exceptional staff and wonderful service from front of house, restaurant, bars and house keeping. We were allocated room 807 which was spacious with breathtaking views from the balcony. Special thanks to Luca, Jon Luca,Nardia and all the restaurant staff, who always went the extra mile to ensure you had the best experience. Christian and Alexis at the bar, Emiliana and Pepe at the pool bar, front of house who were always very helpful. Anyone who is due to stay at this hotel, you will not be disappointed. We were treated as family and can’t wait to return in September.

Had a lovely week at the Hotel Bristol after a 3 year absence. Think it was our 17th visit. Booked for October this year, we love it so much. The food is excellent, the hotel immaculate, the staff are wonderful. Upon arriving to leaving, its a wonderful place to be. Look forward to seeing you in October.

Excellent- The views and decor are stunning - But the staff make this all together a wonderful place, From Luca and the team in the restaurant to the stars of the pool - Savy and Joseph pool and area around spotless - no scrambling for beds - Perfect

We had such a lovely stay. We cannot fault the hotel at all. Our view from the sixth floor looking out over the harbour was spectacular. All the staff from reception to cleaning were absolutely lovely, and the food in the restaurant was exceptional. We’d like to give a special mention to our waiter Giuseppe who was always a pleasure to see, We had the most wonderful time and we will definitely be going back in the future

We had a wonderful 7 day holiday at the Hotel Bristol. From the moment you enter the hotel you are greeted by the reception staff and have your luggage taken to your room. Our 6th floor room had the most amazing view of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius, as did the restaurant and pool side terrace. The breakfast and evening meal was vgood and a big shout to Luca, Carmine and all the waiting staff. Also the chef on the egg station who was entertaining and produced beautiful omlettes to order.... gratzi! Thank you all for a memorable holiday.

The staff were excellent and extremely friendly. Sadly the hotel is very dated and not the best location for walking to and from the centre. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable and the breakfast wasn’t great. Pool area is lovely as are sea views. Overall it’s an OK hotel but definitely didn’t blow my socks off for the price.

Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, breakfast was poor.
