"Decent hotel in the heart of Solvang"

Very nice hotel facility. No front desk, but a mgr who will come help you if you need it. Clean nice place. Located in the heart of town. Dog friendly.

"Cool, hip, and fun"

This is quite an interesting property- it's like an airbnb hotel. You check in by yourself, and the most of the operation is run by you- you're on your own for the most part. It's very quiet due to this. The rooms are spacious and pretty cool overall. The lobby is self serve. The honor bar is the same in the lobby. It was a fun experience. I would recommend it.

"no hot water"

Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay. When I contacted the hotel to request maintenance, I was informed that no one was available to resolve the issue. I contacted Expedia to request a full refund; however, I was advised that the property management has been unresponsive. As this involves an essential amenity not being provided, I will be escalating this matter through formal consumer protection channels and my credit card provider if it cannot be resolved promptly.

The hotel is located in the downtown area of Solvang near most of the restaurants and tours. Would definitely stay here again.

some issues with accessibility. no freezer for medical supplies, slope in main room. great location. NO staff. have to text only for towels. great location. not many amenities.
