We didn't get the room we paid for!

Very nice rooms, very spacious, and clean! Bed was super comfortable and it was quiet at night. There should be a sticker or notice on the door to tell you to lock the room by using the keypad.

Virtual check in, no employees at this hotel but it’s awesome! There was a concert at the park so I was not quiet, but the room makes up for it.

Invisible service, thoughtfully appointed, cool decor, good a/c, comfy bed. Dog Friendly! Great location, parking.

Great room. Great location. NO ONE is on-site. Everything is via text or phone. I thought I used the hotel website to reserve but apparently I didn’t. That means I got all information about registration, enter hotel, entering room via email when I called hotel phone number; then via the email got the information -as I couldn’t get into lobby or my room until I got the email. The info was not sent to me ahead of time. On Wednesdays the street the hotel is on is closed to traffic. Eventually I got directions to get to hotel parking. Highway 246 is Mission. Frederick’s grill is next store to the hotel and their personnel were very helpful ( told us how to get into the hotel bathroom). They could really use having someone on-site.

Beatiful rooms

Good location, not enough parking, noise, old.

I loved that each room is unique and spacious. I love the colorful and eclectic decor and vibe. The Honor Bar is a fabulous resource. The rooms feel like private sanctuaries. The chocolates and water were a nice touch. The staff were so wonderful and accommodated my requests with a delightful attitude.

The parking is a little hard to find and it’s unclear how to enter the hotel if you park on the street and want to walk in.
