Lovely room...but if I'd known it was an "invisible service" hotel, I wouldn't have booked it! Invisible service=no service! Hard to find hotel entrance, hard to figure out keypad entry, and when I call the phone number to ask for help, they put me on hold for several minutes! Our ADA room was not practical...low furniture I couldn't get out of if Isat down in it, a slanting floor up to the bathroom that almost caused me to fall several times! Very disappointing. Would never stay here again.

Convenient location. The place is very clean and the price is fair.

Very close to everything and the check in process was easy.

Comfy bed, huge room, quiet … and best thing is it feels like luxury at home but better! We are repeat customers and will continue to be!

This is our favorite place in solvang! Great location, we love how HUGE the rooms are and the bathroom is amazing! The design is unique and we love the added touch of a Nespresso machine. It is our second time here and first time with a baby and it was great! It’s also really quiet. We have stayed at a few other hotels in the area that can be noisy with traffic, but this is set back from the road and you don’t hear much car noise.

A lot of the furniture was dangerously loose. The desk could easily have toppled over and the table between the two chairs and a few lights were super wobbly. I notified the management and they said they would fix it. I think since there is no reception on site maybe some of the regular maintenance like tightening furniture goes unnoticed.

Very friendly check in; dog supported with treats and a water bowl provided; easy access to the shops and restaurants; fun interior decorating; overall lovely stay.

very comfortable stay. great AC. not too loud despite room facing town center. Easy to get into and out of the property. Hope we can return.
