Jonas and Twins Resort

Cozy comfortable clean cottage. The OCEAN and Sunrise view is amazing! The lounge chairs facing the ocean were very relaxing. Staff service was excellent with quick response.

The location was great, just far enough away from the busy street that you were kept awake from noise but easily walkable. Right beside the ocean

The room walls were extremely thin so we could hear the family next door who had kids. Wifi kept cutting out in the rooms

Staying at Jonas and Twins was absolutely perfect!! The staff was so exceptional, I am a Siargao regular and I will be dedicating time at Jonas and Twins in the future! The staff was so incredibly friendly and flexible with all kinds of requests. The rooms were very spacious, the bathroom was great with a big shower, and the villas themselves were very private, you felt like you were in the jungle as soon as you walk out. The location is so perfect, being tastefully close to Cloud 9 and General Luna (short motor ride) and the private beachfront is unbelievable. You can stay out there for hours!!

Only comment I would have is improved soundproofing within the villas themselves. It was fairly easy to hear noise from direct neighbours, but otherwise, this stay was awesome!!

Friendly staff and very accommodating. Location is central and close to a lot of food places. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The beach is not that nice. Rocky and low tide.

Place was quiet and peaceful, gardens are beautifully kept. There is access to the beach, although unswimmable due to rocks, could be explored during low tide. It’s a nice place to sit and relax with a beach/sea view. Location was good, having other resorts nearby that has good food and live music/entertainment.

Room is outdated. Water heater electrical keep tripping. They replaced the heater unit but it still kept tripping. We had to have someone from our party constantly resetting the switch in the switch board to get hot water running while we shower. Voices from next room is very audible, and music from neighbouring resorts can last up to midnight. The beach in the property is not swimmable due to rocks and reefs.

Breakfast choices were good. Filipino breakfast is the best 😊 Rooms were spacious, and that was really nice. Thank you for installing bidets. The pebbled bathroom floor design adds to the resort feel 👍

I wish mosquito nets were available in our room. My children were covered in bites by the time we left. Maybe consider adding anti-mosquito plug-ins. They have it here at our family's home.

The accommodation looked like the pictures and was indeed beachfront, but the beach was not swimmable due to being very rocky. Its proximity to a nightclub meant loud music on certain nights, which could be disruptive. We requested an extra bed for our daughter, and they provided a floor mattress, which unfortunately resulted in bedbug bites. While they replaced it after we raised the issue, they insisted the bites were from mosquitoes. There was a power outage during our stay, which we understood was beyond their control. However, the lack of water during the outages made things more challenging. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to my brother falling seriously ill. While we informed management, they were not very understanding or considerate, even when we asked about adjusting the payment to reflect only the nights we stayed. Overall, if you’re looking for very basic accommodation, it might suffice, but the experience did not justify the price, especially given the lack of flexibility and understanding from the management.
