Jonas and Twins Resort

We have a sea view room which had a nice view, big bed & room. Great restaurants out front of resort.

Bathrooms need a good scrub/clean, water pressure not great at all, more like a dribble and had to have 90% cold showers.

The room was close to the shore and had a nice atmosphere, conveniently near the town center and great cafes.

I had difficulty sleeping and enjoying the hotel’s facilities due to poor insulation in the cabin and unprofessional service from the staff. The walls were paper-thin, allowing me to hear everything from the next room. On our first night, there was a small party in the neighboring room that kept us up late. Additionally, the hotel staff often appeared distracted by personal activities, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. Although the room was reasonably priced, I expected a higher standard of hospitality, which was significantly lacking.

I understand a hotel has no control over the clubs and bars noise. However, we had to book a whole new hotel spend double money just to get a good nights sleep. When I brought it to the ladies attention at the desk, she shrugged her shoulders and said “I told you so when you checked in “. No apology no concern, no sorrow on her part and obviously no compensation
