Jonas and Twins Resort

Location is theoretically central enough. It is right next to the beach (but no facilities to use it and no nice beach area) The security guard at the night is the only friendly and helpful person.

The hotel complex itself is nice, but extremely basic. The owners do not care about the guests at all, barely said hello. Very short uninterested answers to service questions. The german owner just sits in the outside lobby all day watching german tv and, again, not caring about the guests. The wifi did not reach the room (or maybe was used up by the owner, don't know). When we arrived, they had not cleaned the Very obvious spider webs on eye level, especially in the bathroom. Hot water only after help by the guard, but even then little and sometimes not at all. Very loud right next door until midnight Mosquito nets were useless since open to the sides The entire place feels like they used all their resources to get the location next to the beach, theoretically have nice hut structures but just stopped then with everything (service, details, cleanliness, equipment) and booking with them feels like "here is a housing next to the beach, deal with the rest yourselves" I'm usually not that explicit with criqiue, especially when places seem family-run, but this was just bad, especially considering what great places you can get around there for same or less place, which Ed did after Cannot recommend at all

The food was good.The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Shower was cold and it was thin lil beams of water coming out.
