The room wasn’t the cleanest and bathroom tub was dirty and moldy.

Great location and the room was nice. They were kind enough to call me to let me know we left a set of keys behind and we really appreciate that!

Front Desk lady was RUDE as hell Needs major cleaning in rooms and hallways

The staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The property is okay. The rooms are in such bad condition. We used to be owners back in the 80’s and 90’s when this was the place to stay. The rooms now are worse than imaginable. We tried to take a trip down memory lane. Time to make some new memories! Good luck to anyone who stays here. Be prepared to do the room rodeo, where they try and put you in a room that doesn’t have an issue. Hopefully one day it’ll get back to the awesome spot it used to be. Until then, spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else!

Check in ladies were nice, but property is very old - the elevator acted up a few times. Told some cleaning people we saw, but they ignored our comment. We ended up using the stairs because we were afraid the elevator would malfunction. The phone in room did not work which I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk for extra towels and lady in front desk told me to go to the lobby to get new towels and more toilet paper. I’ve never experienced that before in any hotel. Our room floor was oily and I almost slipped, bed had stains and hair all over it. Extra blankets and pillows in the closet was dirty and had stains. Outside property looked better than inside. It was a ok stay, but very old building and dirty and doesn’t look like they did laundry or change the bedding in our room. Seems like they just made the bed with the same sheets whoever was there before us. Overall, I wouldn’t go back. I’d spend more money on a better, cleaner place.

I was so nervous about booking here due to the reviews but I’m soooo happy we booked. They are currently remodeling the North Tower which is where we stayed. They only had the first 2 floors done and were waiting on furniture for the rest of the units so our room had just been renovated with new appliances and everything. The view was gorgeous, the location was absolutely perfect and the staff went above and beyond anytime we talked to them. We were able to let our 12 & 14 year old go explore the boardwalk by themselves, we just gave them each a gift card upon arrival and told them they could use it for food, souvenirs, arcade etc. so they had fun with the independence. The beach is right there, the pier is seconds away…I just can’t speak highly enough for the location. I would definitely book there again!

The room was nice but outdated and soooo dirty! It doesn’t look like anyone cleaned any vents in a couple of years. It was spacious for my family. Patio is small but beautiful views. If you don’t like a bouncy bed don’t stay here. There were jets in the tub but the cleanliness of the room deterred us from trying it out. The room keys kept deactivating over and over again so that was bad. Walk to the beach was great! Walk outside to the boardwalk also great. Housekeeping was nonexistent during our stay. We took our own trash out, put the dirty towels outside of the door and went to the desk to get our own. There are dishes in the room but rewash them before using them as there were plenty of dirty dishes put away in the cabinets.

Never again

Good location, too expensive. but the room are not clean enough to allow people to stay. Plus stink like people are smoking weed for about weeks. Have Carpet over carpet that you can smell the humidity. Need Sanitation and a good inspection because no human being can stay there.
