Absolutely disgusting property I left a day early due to having no sleep all week the rooms were dirty. There was a used hypodermic needle in the shower and the staff didn’t seem to be bothered. I asked for a refund for the last night and they refused

First time in life they offered me a room which was really dirty messy and there was 18 century toilet sharing with other rooms 0 cleaning smeely messy worst ever hotel Not recommended to anyone When i said you mentioned the room on booking.com was not this the lady reply rudely this is what we have take it or leave it i asked about refund she said non refunded So i booked an other hotel and stayed there Worst hotel worst management worst staff Don't book them

The chalet was ok but very basic for £90 pound a night

It’s very basic was provided 1 towel for 2 people and was stained no cups or spoons for coffee provided no body wash in shower dispenser Drunks outside the premises at night swearing shouting and a guy deciding to do diy until gone midnight didn’t sleep at all
