Bra läge, rent, varmt och bra kök. Trevlig pub i samma hus.

Vattentrycket var lågt. Soffan var obekväm. En större säng skulle vara bra och gärna två så man kunde dela på dem eftersom vi sov två kollegor i samma rum.

Location

Entrance area is horrible - a large pile of colorful vomit and needles greeted us upon entry and being there for the entire two days when passing by. I acknowledge that this is out of the control of the hosts. The checking in and checking out process were difficult. I had to go to a lock box at a location which is about 8 minutes away to pick up the keys. Codes to the lock box was not provided beforehand and hosts were not responsive. Image a bad weather and some luggage this is not worth it. The process conveniently benefits the hosts not the guests.

Personale pessimo abbiamo avuto un problema enorme con il check in e sono stati davvero poco disponibili ,ci hanno dato le chiavi sbagliate e abbiamo dovuto aspettare due ore fuori dalla porta di casa perché le chiavi che avevamo non aprivano e come se non bastasse non hanno neanche un numero di telefono con cui si può parlare direttamente con lo staff c’è solo una voce registrata e in più le chiavi bisogna andarle a prendere in un posto diverso alla struttura e già solo questo fa perdere molto tempo

Die Wohnung insgesamt war schön und geräumig. Da ich mit einem Freund unterwegs war fand ich die beiden Bäder toll.

Nicht gefallen hat uns die Schlüsselübergabe. Auf der Seite von Booking.com stand dass der Schlüssel in der Unterkunft übergeben wird. Als wir an der Unterkunft ankamen und niemand Ort war, haben wir am Telefon erfahren, dass die Informationen zur Übergabe in den Check-In-Daten zu finden sind. Aus der übermittelten E-Mail könnten wir auf den ersten Blick nicht erkennen was zu tun ist. Die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon half dann weiter. Nachdem wir die Daten ergänzt hatten, kam dann die Info dass die Schlüssel bei der Agentur abgeholt werden müssen. Wir sind dann zur Agentur gelaufen und dort erwarteten uns Schlüsselboxen für die ein Code benötigt wurde den wir nicht hatten. Also mussten wir erneut die Agentur anrufen. Wir bekamen dann einen Code mussten aber in allen Kästchen nachschauen. Zum Schluss bekamen wir einen Schlüssel auf dem eine Bezeichnung stand die eigentlich nicht zu unserer Buchung passte. Uns wurde versichert dass es trotzdem der richtige Schlüssel ist. Zum Glück passte der Schlüssel als wir dann endlich wieder an der Wohnung ankamen. Ich frage mich, warum es einerseits heißt, Schlüsselübergabe in der Unterkunft man dann aber doch zur Agentur laufen muss. Nur um dort den Schlüssel aus einem Schlüsseltresor zu holen. So ein Tresor könnte auch direkt an der Unterkunft sein. Bei den anderen Wohnungen in dem Gebäude war das so. Diese Vorgehensweise hat uns wirklich sehr geärgert.

Excellent location good space for two couples.

Unit was not thoroughly clean crumbs on the kitchen chairs and floor, hair in bathroom sink. It was almost as if certain spaces were forgotten as rest of unit was clean. Having to collect and return keys at a different location is not ideal especially if you have an early flight. Why not have a second set of keys and allow guests to lock keys in the unit on check out.
