Bueatiful surroundings apartment has everything you need very comfy and ideal location 5/7 mins to centre and best pub around corner opposite hotel cafe salinas well worth a stop for a friendly drink 🍸

excellent place to stay with an incredible pool. apartment was spotless and had everything needed for the stay. location to the centre of the tavira was a short walk. we also arrived prior to check in and Barbara was fantastic at allowing us to access our apartment earlier. would definitely come back.

limited number of sun loungers for all apartments - we didn't struggle to get one but can see it being an issue in peak season. the air con in the bedroom was also quite creaky which was slightly disturbing at night when needing it on to sleep. also would be great to have a sofa and not individual chairs in the lounge area.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it is such a beautiful place, well restored and kept. The main pool is large and spotless, the whole area was quiet, relaxing and beautiful We stayed in the end townhouse with the small pool directly outside which was like having our own private pool, all areas were spotless. The sun beds were quite comfortable and seemed plenty at the large pool The townhouse itself was perfect, two toilets, beds comfortable, kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the dishwasher/washing machine were a great help. It was only a 5-10 min walk to the centre so perfect to relax here through the day and walk into the centre on a night. There are a few cafes on the doorstep which were lovely but we found we had to walk into centre for even a small supermarket. We got bitten by mosquitoes (my friend quite badly) so its a must to take repellent if visiting here

There were dogs barking quite a lot from the houses nearby which ruined the tranquility. The stairs in the townhouse only had a rail at the bottom half (we saw this pictured and booked thinking it would be suitable for elderly man to get up as he needs a handrail but he struggled on the second lot of stairs without this) We didn't arrive till 10pm and got charged 40 euros for someone to come and give us the keys which I thought was quite steep, I didn't see this when I booked but it might have been in the small print. Despite this I would definitely go back again and have recommended it to friends and family.

Very clean, great location, fantastic pool.

There is nothing not to like, great place. Only slight issue is price. We have stayed in numerous places in Tavira and at the Con da Ben 5/6 times. The price per night is high compared to similar places even although it’s a lovely place.

We really enjoyed our time at Convento das Bernardas, the apartment was lovely and well equipped. The location is only a short walk from the town centre and all the delights of Tavira. There were a couple of minor problems early on but all sorted quickly and efficiently

Beautiful complex and and views from the apartment. Architecture of buildings and apartment make it very special. Clean and nice green areas. Pool and surrounding area are fantastic! Quiet, not crowded even mid-August. Safe-gate protected and free parking. Overall well equipped apartment. Short walk to the local market, city center and boat to the beach.

The apartment we stayed had two single beds (2nd floor) of very poor quality. The structures were not stable (moving all the time) and the mattresses were very hard. Even if they are meant for children, they were just unbearable. A few nights sleeping next to our single (young) child on second floor, were sleepless for me, with quite some backpain in the morning. The main bedroom bed/mattress (ground floor) was comfortable though.

Beautiful old building. Great location for access into Tavira and a lovely pool.

Inaccurate check in instructions provided. There is no reception at the property. Twin bedroom is a mezzanine with a very low wall and a long drop so not suitable for young children.

Really nice renovation of an old monastery. Nice pool and good location close to the city center. Quiet

A few things didn't work properly, but really, nothing major
