Manuel Manor

We had a fantastic stay at Manuel Manor. The house is absolutely beautiful and the staff are extremely attentive. The rooms are gorgeous and the food was absolutely spectacular. We loved having breakfast on the terrace enjoying yhe stunning the views! On one day when we left very early for a hike, the staff packed a separate breakfast for us and had it waiting at 5am. Huge thanks to all the staff who made our stay so comfortable!

There was a minor issue with the hot water during our stay but the staff quickly tried to fix this and offered us use of another bathroom so it wasn't a major issue.

Everything was just perfect! The team was so good special thanks to Antone! 🙂 They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. This is the best place to stay in Nuwara elia.

Everything was perfect

Amazing location, away from the busyness of the main town areas, hence was a very serene place. The house was well equipped with everything and felt very cosy and just like home. The staff was very very helpful and they made our stay extra especial. The chef, serve staff and manager all were very accommodating to all our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had a fantastic time here at Manuel Manor! The view is stunning! The beds are really comfy. And the staff is super friendly and attentive. We had the best food every here. We chose local food but you can als get continental food if you want. I would definitely recommend going here!

The property is beautiful than the picture, everything is well maintained. Staffs are really helpful and nice. Food is quite nice. We had great time staying.

They didn’t have much options for board games. They can have more board games.

We had a wonderful stay at Manual Manor Hotel. The hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The food was excellent, specially the Sri Lankan dishes. Chef Premakumar truly impressed us with his culinary skills, and the manager, Thisara, was very attentive to all of our requests. We booked the whole villa, and it was perfect for our group. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay

Manuel Manor is absolutely beautiful and we loved our stay there. I wish we had more time to stay longer. I loved the decor of the hotel, it was so cozy and homely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The views are absolutely stunning. Nothing not to like!

The only drawback was probably the breakfast which didn’t look quite like the pics we had seen before but it was still fine.
