"Anniversary night away"

Location. Carpark , coffee machine outside with fridge full of milk and fresh breakfast juice ham and cheese. Good shower with shampoo etc.

Nothing to complain about.

Great location, friendly staff, parking to rear, continental help yourself breakfast in the morning with self checkout. This is the third time I’ve stayed here and will stay again

Nothing to dislike. It is upstairs so might be a bit trickier for people with mobility issues, having said that the staff are great and on hand to help

"This was a great find!"

The central location for the city, surrounding areas and access to the M1 made it a perfect place to stay. Also having a great restaurant just below the property was convenient. The Continental breakfast selection was well thought out. We requested a Gluten free option, and they provided a fantastic choice. The room was warm quiet and exceptionally clean, we had an enormous comfy super King bed. Absolutely everything had been provided for our comfort. We would highly recommend the Spire for it quality.

The staircase into the property were a little precarious, especially when carrying our bags up in the rain. Both of us are in our 60's . Having said that, it wouldn't stop us staying here again,as it was such a great find.

Room was clean, spacious and well presented. Breakfast options were good. I was in a hurry so could take a porridge pot and a yoghurt away with me, making my morning a lot easier! Staff were superbly friendly when I arrived - and the update on the key fob is very helpful too!

The only thing that makes me nervous is the car park can be very slippery when wet - it's a minor complaint but it does fill me with fear walking from my car to the entrance - especially if I've been in the office and may be wearing heels! Not sure how it can be rectified really and appreciate it's a tough one to comment on.
