Good sized and comfortable room with modern bathroom. Good continental breakfast choice and liked this being available for an early start!

A little bit noisy from the road and also from other guests arriving late in to quite a small space upstairs ie rooms close together

Excellent room, very clean and well presented. Breakfast was served in the entrance way/communal area, there was also crockery, cutlery, coffee machine, microwave and fridge for us to use

The other guests staying there at the same time were quite loud and we could hear them through the door

It says on description that you get wine in room but staff didn't know anything about it.

The food was verygood

No lift to our room Had to use fire escape to leave the property. No breakfast room breakfast on the landing on the first floor. No kettle in the room to get a drink had to go on the landing for a cup of tea

Friendly restaurant with rooms. On site parking for 4/5 cars. Outstanding manageress - Michelle. Friendly, efficient, nothing is too much trouble. I hope she’s appreciated.

My room was overlooking the main road - noisy even with the excellent double glazing. No soap in the shower!

The location was convenient, but unfortunately the overall condition of the room let the stay down

Room was not clean on arrival, with marks on surfaces, dirt inside drawers, and stains in the bathroom. There were also maintenance issues including a loose headboard and unstable toilet fittings. I reported this during the stay but received no response, although someone entered the room while we were out to fix the toilet without informing us. Overall disappointing and not reflective of the price paid.
