Excellent room, very spacious and clean.

Breakfast was awful. I didn't check the smallprint and expected a hot breakfast, however it was a small continental one.

Beautiful big bedroom, and extremely clean and welcoming.

No usb charging points and there wasn’t any hot water

The room was really classily appointed and much larger than I'd expected. It was also spotlessly clean and made up. Breakfast food was good continental as expected, with lots of options. Fresh milk in the fridge and lots of lovely pastries and different breads to toast. Bed huge and very comfy.

The coffee was not ideal for me. I brought my own coffee bags :) Shower (ensuite) v small but only overnight so no real problem for me..

Amazing welcoming friendly staff, the hotel itself is lovely. Would certainly stay again.

Sadly nothing the hotel can do about it but over the road is a nightclub and both Sunday and Monday they were blurting out music. Our room had the coffee/tea making facilities outside which meant people understandably used the facilities but sometimes at more unsociable times which was noisy. Nup

I think the best value in Chetserfield, Great accomodation, Great Staff, and Great Food, at significantly better prices than the competition.
