No lift was a big problem. As our room was on the third floor, and we had a kid with pram.

AVOID THIS PLACE. The disgusting condition of the beds, the kitchen should be enough for anyone to take one look and demand their money back. From the used and dirty scourer sponge to the a random box of rubbish (kept next to the pans you are expected to cook with) to the dirty and dusty microwave and rangehood and the fact that the aircon nearly shook off the wall everytime you turned it on. Don't believe the listing when it says the room is soundproofed, ITS NOT, unless your neighbours are actors from a silent movie. You can hear every chair scrape, every conversation. When attempting to discuss this with the "hotel" they just kept on referring me to the terms and conditions i.e no refunds. I told them how disgusting it is, but they didn't care. My pregnant wife and 3 y.o did not stay there, not even for one night, due to the abhorrent conditions. At great time and cost, we booked another accommodation, that was clean, tidy and had great customer service. Literally everything that this place is not. This had to get escalated to booking.com and it seems like that was the right move.
