Excellent location if you want to be close to Kyoto station.

Could be cleaner, you could see old stains on the machines. No bedwear. A bit small for 3people, but perfect for 2.

The guest house is quite close to Kyoto station

The room is not comfortable. It’s quite old already. There’re not clear instruction on how to lock the door. When we were sleeping, we heard someone trying to open the door from outside, and since there was no security/reception desk, this was scary. The room soundproof is also bad. You can hear the footsteps of the upper floor clearly. Due to these, I couldn’t sleep almost the whole night.

This property was super close to Kyoto station making it very easy to get around. The washing machine and kitchen with dishes were also great!

The beds were really squeaky but once you were asleep it’s fine. The WiFi stopped working but I contacted the staff and they soon brought me a new one and it worked great!

The location is good.

The apartment is not clean, a lot of dust on the furniture, carpet.

room is ok and comfortable n the location is good ...short walking distance to the kyoto station...

I had very bad experience in getting the entry code to my room.I didn't get the email from the host and luckily one of their staff came to the building while me n my kid waiting outside of the building. She called the host and let us talked over the phone. I told the host I didn't get any email from him. He replied I send you already and if u don't get it THAT'S YOUR PROBLEM NOT MINE. What is this???That's how they treat their customer and how to solve the problem ??? Very bad attitude. Not recommended at all despite of the living condition is good!!!

Great location, not expensive. 7 minutes walk to Kyoto station and 4 minutes to Kujo station. Grocery shopping at Aeon mall 3 minutes from location. I even got a haircut one minute away from the location.

Pillows were kinda uncomfortable.

The location is great.

The place is pretty dirty, and the internet is slow.
