Room n services was great but long turm guest were a little too much liked are car n skijets a little too much for are liking But other wise great *****

Easy to access to highway, convenient to local business and restaurants, shopping center.

overall average experience. Front desk person should be improved. No formal welcome, very serious face and explaining the policies like a Cop.

Best thing: The pillows were awesome - happy to just use 2 (usually I need at least 3 hotel pillows)... Worst thing: nothing Oddest thing: The smell - until I got to my room... once in the room, it was fine... but, outside the room... odd...

Minimum amenities. No blow dryer in room. Towels must have been starched. Mattress due to be replaced.

This was by far the worst motel I have stayed in, room was dirty staff was rude uncomfortable beds shower faucet looked like it hadn't been cleaned for awhile microwave wasn't cleaned from the last person that stayed in the room

I never felt at home at any other hotels. This place is the bomb. No one is ever outside being wierd. No one is ever inside being loud or wierd. The staff is perfect as can be. I love this place and the rate of pay is literally the best for over all satisfaction.

We attended the HAM Radio Convention at the Civic Center. Booked a room at the Plano Inn & Suites for the night. Good location, rooms were clean but a little outdated. Surprised to see a real refrigerator and microwave in the room. Easy access to highways and local eateries. Short trip to the Civic Center. Overall not a bad place to stay

My friend and I arrived in the late afternoon. When we got to the room it was filthy , I could've went to a homeless shelter for free and had better sleeping space. The tub was marked up with glue. The toilet lid wouldnt stay on, bathroom was the size of my fia trunk, the refrigerator in the room was gigantic it took up half the room. The phones didnt work. It was literally a dump. I checked out 40 minutes later and sped off. They should run the place like a business and not a home for your people . Stunk up the whole place too. With curry and smoke. Never again . I ended up staying at la quinta .

I booked this hotel through American Airlines booking.com. I then called the hotel to ask them how much extra the pets were going to be since it did not state the cost of how much extra the dogs would be. The man on the phone proceeded to tell me there was no King rooms left that we could be in we would have to take a double bed Queen I told him I had already booked he told me the manager would have to call me back and took my phone number. The manager never called me back and second of all they cancelled my reservation and never even bothered to call or email me to tell me we were traveling 1500 miles that day we left home at 4:30 a.m. and our arrival was going to be 9:30 p.m. that evening this is so rude I don't suggest anyone staying here there are too many other hotels locally they have much better service for example the LaQuinta Inn.
