"Great few days in a comfortable house but spoiled by lack of attention to detail."

Great position with an easy walk into the town. Spacious and nice to have a place to sit outside even though it was very small.

Dog smell when we arrived. Had to buy air fresheners and scented candles. No locks on bathroom doors We didn’t really cook but the pans were in a very bad state. When stripping the beds before leaving we found one had no mattress protector and another had a very stained one. Not nice!

"Lovely place to stay, near to amenities, clean and comfortable, everything you need and more !"

The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of the town. Parking available in front of the house. Clean welcoming place to stay with everything we may need. Clear instructions available for appliances . Plenty of storage available for clothes etc. full length mirror. Lovely hot shower . Felt like home from home …. It was our second stay at Number 5 .

Good location, comfortable beds, allocated parking space.

Unclean. Very clear it hadn’t had more than a quick surface clean in a long while. Many dirty dishes in cupboard, dirty pans and cutlery too. upstairs bathroom very worn, mouldy and generally unclean (poo mark on toilet roll holder). Dirty bathroom bin with no bin bag in it. Dirty floors (not ideal when travelling with a crawling baby). Dirty trays in oven. Arrived to an empty washing up liquid bottle and no sponge to wash dishes with. Could be lovely but needs a deep clean.

"Family time in a loverly house in the beautiful city of whitby"

Location ,warmth ,space needed for a family of 5 a short walk into Whitby I would highly recommend this place it was a find for us.

No tvs in the bedroom and the one downstairs isn’t a smart one only 1 tea towel and not enough toilet roll and bin bags but don’t be fooled this isn’t a game changer we are just being picky plus only one space to park so cost us £40 for the other one .
