Very welcoming.. comfortable and everything you can possibly need, great location, clean and fresh, gorgeous house well worth a stay at.

Excellent location. Short walk into the town. Very near the harbour. Everything provided for a comfortable stay. Clean and cosy. Parking was included for 1 car.

The shower door has not been sealed properly so the floor is soaking and runs towards the door. The wood near the door is rotting so you could tell it had been like that a while.

Clean, tidy … good facility’s and location.

Mattresses are too ‘cheap’ and too soft … could feel the springs .. they need to be at least as good as a travel lodge (but not worse, as these were). For info … Water leaking onto floor from shower screen over months (that could have been easily sealed) has rotted the bottom of the bathroom door frame and probs the landing floor under the carpet.

The house was very clean and tidy

The shower screen leaked all over the bathroom floor and nearly out the door every shower. I did contact you after reading reviews about the shower leaking, and you assured me that it was fixed, so imagine my annoyance when it clearly wasn't. The double mattress was really uncomfortable and desperately needs changing. The curtain pole was broke one the front window in the lounge and was just lent up. Although there were blinds, it would have been nice to be able to close the curtains. No coffee maker, as stated

We arrive and put ice in freezer went out and came back to find it was melting realised it was all switched off and took us a while to find where to switch it on - Shower screen doesn't close properly

Great location. Very easy to find foot paths to take dog for walks on. Liked privacy . Very warm and comfortable in the property. Soft linen and extra blankets. Liked the information online pack and additional paper guides. A very comfortable stay and a quiet area.

Wasn't always easy to work out which key fitted which door - They could be colour coded or labled? Shower door had potential to leak as it would not shut securely - had to put towels on the floor at side of bath to soak up any drips from shower door. Although it was lovely to get correspondance from host I didn't like having to pay the unrefundable damage waiver of £35 as the only way of getting directions and key code. For the price we paid I would have assumed the damage insurance would be included.
