"Lovely stay.. far too long to get deposit back !!"

Lovely house and fantastic location.. I've scored this poor as I am still waiting for my £250 deposit back. ?? There is no damage yet have to wait 14 days to get my deposit back into my bank account. It's far too long and never had to wait this long before.. this had put a very negative on what was a lovely stay in a great property and great location.

"Great property in Whitby"

Clean, comfortable house, nice hot shower, very comfortable beds, big telly, nice yard out back, parking outside the property, close to some nice pubs, short walk to the town. We will definitely be booking again.

A couple of doors were sticking but nothing that detracted from our stay.

"A nice house in a good location."

Nice open space downstairs. 2 big bedrooms.

3rd bedroom is tiny. Mattresses could be better. Bathroom needs some work. Could do with repainting throughout.

Excellent location and with a car parking space as well. Cottage was warm, comfortable and well equipped (although it didn't have a hair drier).

Accommodation felt as though it was ready for a bit of a spring clean and the decor needs a bit of a freshen up in places.
