Beck cottage

A lovely cottage with beautiful views and surroundings.

The shower didn’t work properly whilst we were there which was a shame. There was also an issue with the WiFi which left us without any form of communication to anyone. As there is no signal, the property could benefit from a landline in case of emergencies as we were also unable to contact the owners.

Stunning cottage and location, really cosy, beautifully maintained and very comfortable. We could not have asked for better! Unlike some of the other reviews we found commutation with the hosts absolutely fine. Detailed, polite message before arrival with what to expect and clear do's and don'ts. We didn't meet the hosts and were left to our own devices, which was perfect us. We did not feel overlooked and enjoyed to cosy privacy of the cottage. We will absolutely be booking to come back!

Beautiful cottage with wooden interiors in gorgeous quiet location, very well equipped (milk, bread and cake supplied which was really lovely) privet garden with swing next to the pond, 5min walk to the pretty village Rosedale, children play area, and shop with goats cheese, After all day, it was lovely spent time in hot tube under sky full of stars and also next to fireplace ( plenty of firewood was supplied, which was great) , overall very cosy.

Everything was perfect!!

We stayed here as a group of 3 friends and a dog for 2 nights. The cottage is well equipped and has everything you need for a stay. It was incredibly cosy and the views and surrounding area are amazing. The paddock opposite the cottage was lovely and really handy to walk the dog in! The hot tub is a great addition and allows you to appreciate the views even more. We had a fabulous stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. It’s the perfect place to get away and fully relax without the disruptions that come with everyday life.
