Torre Guaceto Greenblu Resort

There’s a slightly old-fashioned feeling to this hotel, though this is mainly a good thing. It’s reasonably priced and the staff are wonderful; the food is excellent and the swimming pool superb. A decent tennis court too. Rooms are clean and pleasant, but could do with a little updating: air- conditioning was a bit of a mystery and there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. New bed covers would easily improve the look of the rooms, though the beds themselves were good. The area itself is pretty empty and the nearest town with a supermarket seems to be about seven or eight miles away, so you really need a car, and parking at the resort is free and plentiful. Also an easy drive from the airport. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Not possible to adjust temperature of airco. Bathroom needs to be renovated, especially the shower cabin was outdated and there was mold. Staff in restaurant seemed a bit insecure.

Perfect location if you are looking for a quiet place near the airport and the natural reserve of Torre Guaceto, with its wild beaches. The room was clean and comfortable, incl. a safety box and a nice terrace where I was able to practice yoga every morning facing the sea! The swimming pool area is in great condition and perfect to chill in the afternoon after an active day. The food buffet was good and the staff are lovely. They also have at disposal bikes to explore the area, but make sure you contact them in advance so you have them ready on arrival.

Due to the weather the previous days, the beach area was not ready, and I was not able to enjoy this service. However, since I borrowed a bike from the hotel, I was able to go to a small, lovely beach called Caletta Caretta near the turtle center. The staff also offered free transfers to visit nearby cities to compensate, a very nice gesture. Be mindful that you will need a swimming cap to go in the pool, it seems to be a recently implemented norm.

Heerlijk strandje op loopafstand, mooie groene omgeving en leuk opgezet park met de appartementenblokjes. Ideaal het watertappunt om onze doppers meerdere keren per dag te vullen. Jammer dat er alleen WiFi was bij de bar en dat alles gericht was op Italiaanse gasten. Minder aantrekkelijk voor gasten uit andere landen die geen/weinig Italiaans spreken. Heerlijke tijd gehad.

Very nice hotel, peaceful environment and friendly personal. Swimming pool with music was great, the room is comfortable and it is great to have a balcony. Restaurant was ok. Great animation team.

Not everybody speaks english if you're not italian. Not really a great beach to bathe, a lot of rocks. The airport transfer is a plus, but you have to add 120€ to your stay.

The staff are amazing and friendly. Close to the beach and the excursions on offer are great.

The rooms aren't the best, they are also very hot at night.
