Torre Guaceto Greenblu Resort

I do not recommend. We stayed in one of the rooms away from the main building. The room was musty smelling. We could not turn the air conditioner below 26 degrees Celsius. There was no WI-FI in our room and we had to go back to the main building to access the Internet. There were no toiletries other than soap. Bedding was worn out. The room felt unsafe because we had to open the window since the room was so warm and our room was on the ground level. The pool looked nice but didn’t open as scheduled. Food was ok but didn’t look like the pictures.

We had an amazing company trip in the resort thanks to Rosanna, Angelo and all their amazing team and entertainment crew. Everyone has been very nice and accommodating, they organised dozens of transfers for all of us and ensured we always had everything we needed. I'd recommend everyone to bring their teams (or of course families and friends) here, have a relaxing time at the pool and private beach, and great fun thanks to the entertainment team and themed nights. Inizio con segnalare che la struttura non rispecchia in nessun settore i requisiti di un 4 stelle e sottolineo i motivi: -Nessun apparecchio telefonico in camera quindi nessun collegamento con la reception/servizio clienti; -Non c’è il servizio trasporto bagagli; -Nessuna connessione a internet; -Mancavano i doppi cuscini; -Nessun riassetto camera pomeridiano; -Armadio senza ante molto spartano e con 4 grucce; -Arredamento molto spartano della camera e del bagno; -Manca il necessario per la cura e l’igiene; -Fon del bagno non a norma perché posto sul lavabo; -Poca cura nelle strutture in generale; -Accessori bagno rotti/arrugginiti; -Piatto doccia scheggiato In vari punti; -Nessun servizio lavanderia; -Nessun servizio prima colazione in camera; -Ristorante paragonabile a una mensa sia per l’ambiente che per il servizio del self service assistito; -Personale in generale poco qualificato in tutti i settori. -Nessuna varietà di alimenti soprattutto a colazione mancava sempre la frutta, tipi di yoghurt, frutta secca ecc. -Cibi poco genuini e non tipici; -Scarsa cura nella preparazione dei piatti.

We were worried that the beach and ocean area would be too small, but they were perfect for our family. The umbrella area was never full, and the water - enclosed by rocks - was big enough for everyone to swim, but we could easily pick out our three daughters at all times. The facilities were not top rate, but they had a real charm and really felt like our home. The food was excellent!

The bathrooms at the private beach were terrible. Very far from the swimming area, and when the sun was shining it was 45 degrees in there.

Nice location and great animation team, especially for my 9yr old daughter. The people in the bar was also great.

The bathroom in the room could be better mantained. The waiters (the ones walking the tables) in the restaurant were always with a rough face (as opposed to every other people in the hotel or the region)

Ambiente pulito, posto tranquillo,un po' lontano dal mare. Ristorante discreto.animazione un po' scarsa ma i ragazzi erano cordiali e simpatici!
