Great hotel : very clean , friendly staff . Nice meals from the local produce prepared with Italian 🇮🇹 heart Room cleaned every day . Aqua fit twice a day , kids clubs evening entertainment Pool very clean all 10/10 Privite beach with umbrellas for free Not much outside the hotel but suits our family very well 👌

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The actual property felt like a high school dormitory. The swimming pool was closed for no apparent reason.

Lovely resort. Very quiet when I was there. Really enjoyed having my own balcony. Room was very nice

The worst hotel I have stepped foot into. TUI were a disgrace and still to this day have not refunded or compensated for our trip. Continuously passed the issue from pillar to post and basically mis-sold and represented this hotel both verbally and in their literature. The Hotel Managers were understanding and most helpful but IF booking through TUI (and I suggest from experience you DO NOT!) then the hotel is nothing like the brochure. Basically very basic (no facilities) rustic and VERY casual and more like a camping establishment. We had damp, mold, air conditioning did not work, unkempt gardens, restaurant closed very early and no room service available......I could go on! Place in need of refurbishment etc. Moved internally to a another hotel in the chain (no help from TUI and had to pay the uplift even though online and recorded calls the representative said NO COST) Torre Cintola was also 4* but 5* in comparison in terms of ALL aspects.

The room was very clean and comfortable duvets .

The main lamp kept switching on and off starting from 2 am , every half and hour , which got me really scared . Also they don’t have a private beach ! In fact the public beach which is independent is about 4 bus stops away and there are no sea views for any room . The swimming pool was very cold and they want you to wear a swimming cap . If you don’t have one it’s 1 Euros at the reception. The stuff don’t speak English and they’re not willing to use Google translate to help communication, but they node their head pretending they understand everything. When I said about the light they said they will fix it , and no one did !
